On the occasion of the 23rd World Intellectual Property Day, Shanghai Higher People's Court released typical law cases in the field of strengthening intellectual property protection by courts in Shanghai in 2022, in which the lawsuit of trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute filed by Beking was selected as one of the top ten typical law cases of the year. Thanks to the four-year-long efforts, Beking finally won the lawsuit with a penalty of CNY 11,960,000 in favor of Beking.
